Studio Recording / Production
Irican Productions has a isolated control room and three live rooms. One completely isolated downstairs for loud electric instruments, One upstairs with hardwood floors, that also doubles as a living room and One small acoustic live room with hardwood floors that doubles as a guestroom. Clearsonic room dividers are used for Isolatable corners and diversity in separation. I also have one small isolation room downstairs off of the main live room and a downstairs studio bathroom that doubles as a case room. All connected to the isolated control room that looks into the downstairs live room.
Band/Artist Lodging
For long weekend or week long sessions I also offer lodging for bands and Artist with two bed rooms and a full bathroom available. Other amenities include Hot Tub, Kitchen, Band Refrigerator, Air Conditioning, Gas Heating, Dehumidifier, Washer & Dryer and Pull out couch, I also provide production packages that includes food, lodging, and laundry services.
